Asset and development management for UBS Triton Property Fund
• Purchased by UBS Triton Property Fund in 2004 – Chester appointed as Asset & Development Manager
• 1960s shopping centre - 250,000 sq ft in 50 units and office tower together with derelict 450 space car park
• Increased value by negotiating long lease re-gear and Development Agreement with Newport City Council.
• £22 million refurbishment, construction of new retail units and 1,050 space multi-storey car park completed June 2009.
• Let new 55,000 sq ft anchor unit to Wilkinsons.
